The vinyl is in excellent condition. It looks unplayed. The lyric sheet has a horizontal crease across it, towards the top. The bottom is autographed in blue ink "Andrew McMahon" This 7" is extremely rare and limited, especially accompanied with the autographed lyric sheet. The lyric sheet is one sided. The clear record sleeve shows some wear.
