Brand New and sealed in its plastic shrink wrap. I graded this at Mint D, because it is still in its shrink-wrapped. The sleeve is damaged; Minor notch on lower right corner of sleeve (about 1/16 of an inch, almost not noticeable). Some wear/rounding/bending on corners of cover. Record inside is new. See photos.
