Orange Labels, (Quadradisc at top, RCA at the bottom).

Excellent, Near Mint Condition: The cover still has it's original shrink wrap, so it has no wear or marks. Original sleeves have no tears, splits, a few minor marks. The vinyl looks like mint. No discernible scratches, scuffs, or marks. They look like they were rarely if ever played. The shrink wrap has some splitting on the bottom and a piece of it is missing on the back, left side, bottom, 2 original hype stickers are attached on the front, See pics.
