You are bidding on the LP Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles.  Released by Capitol (SMAS 2653), this album is in VG to VG+ condition.  In short, there is terrific luster with a few light scratches/marks. I tried to include the most glaring which looks worse in the photo than in reality. It includes the cut-out insert.  A great album.  Please note that condition is based on visual only.
I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensure quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box).
I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 but this is not a full time job.
