The only flaw I see in the entire package is that it was opened (very slight wear on the open edge of the jacket & minor ring wear on top front of jacket)! Vinyl looks unplayed (Mint to Near Mint). Jacket still has shrink wrap with hype sticker – looks to be in excellent condition. The sleeve and bi-fold lyric insert with photo spread are in mint to near mint. I’d say ALL are in near mint condition. My husband was the original owner and the record was played once or twice at most. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
