Gatefold has a cool "pop up" section. Sleeve is in pretty good shape, record is as well.
Why are my items so cheap? I am trying to adopt a lifestyle where I possess a very small amount of items. I don't care about making a profit or starting an online record monopoly. I just want them to go to a home where they will be appreciated and enjoyed for years to come!
