We  package items very securely so damage does not hardly ever occur. However, due to shipping mishaps damage could occur and buyer should inform seller ASAP.  SELLER buys insurance for all items over $50.00... WE DO  SHIP  BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONALLY.
