Released in 2005, A Certain Trigger was the debut studio album from Newcastle-based indie rock favourites Maximo Park. Still widely regarded as the band’s finest hour, the record was released amid a heap of critical acclaim, and even scored them a nomination of the Mercury Prize.
Now, the LP, which includes the classic singles Apply Some Pressure and Going Missing, is celebrating its 10th anniversary, with this vinyl reissue accompanying a string of live dates in which they’ll play the album in full. Long out of print on vinyl, it’s a must for any Maximo fanatic!
