DJ / producer trio Fafa Monteco, Stéphane B and Mike 303 founded the band Superfunk in 1998. They released their album, Hold Up in February 2000, which contained the original versions of club favourites Last Dance, Lucky Star (a hit featuring the American singer Ron Carroll which topped the charts in many countries) and The Young MC!
