Record/Cover VG(+)/VG+ Record has a few hairlines but overall very nice and sounds great. Could do with a clean (fingerprints and whatnot). The cover is free of damage.

I can only say that after collecting, buying and selling for 20 years, my grading is on the whole very accurate. If I sell a record as VG+ or Excellent, it will not have deep scratches, skips, pops or any thing like this particular buyer accused me of having sold him.
