ENRICO MAINARDI J.S. Bach: Cello Solo Suite No. 6 (Archiv Produktion 14061 APM) MINT-

RARE German first pressing of Enrico Mainardi`s interpretation of "J.S. Bach: Cello Solo Suite No. 6" on the Archiv Produktion sublabel of Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft (March 1956).

Johann Sebastian Bach's six cello suites (BWV 1007-1012) are considered to be among the most profound of all classical music works. Bach biographer Wilfrid Mellers described them in 1980 as "Monophonic music wherein a man has created a dance of God."
