A little about us and why you can buy our records with confidence. We love music, we love vinyl and you're looking at this page because you do too! Our records are ALL tested before listed. A few of our earlier listings were visually tested as we were waiting to get our turntable fixed. A record that has been played will have "plays as..." in the listing. We are VERY cautious with our grading to avoid disappointment. We rarely use terms such as mint or near mint as we believe this is over used. A mint record should be unplayed, near mint hardly played. We prefer VG+ (very good plus) or Ex (excellent). What's the difference between the two? An excellent record may well be graded as near mint by other sellers. It should play flawlessly. A very good plus record will play with some minor background noise. We do not sell records below this standard. If one slips through it would be by accident. We regularly throw out bags of vinyl that does not meet our standards. We would not want to buy it with hisses, skips, crackles or pops so you shouldn't be expected to either. We normally listen to the A sides of singles only and the first few tracks of albums due to time constraints. Our prices may be a little dearer than some sellers but they are competitively priced and the price we feel reflects the fact that we have listened to the record and that we provide a service that includes correct packaging, a 24 hour turnaround time (your record will normally be dispatched day after payment, sometimes same day) and the fact we are available for contact at virtually any time. We normally try to answer straight away and will answer normally up until 1am. Another reason you can buy with confidence is our 30 day no quibble returns policy, though the record should be in the same state it was dispatched in. We are not a huge company, we are a family business so feedback is very important to us, if you're unhappy in anyway please contact us first as 99.9% of all problems can be resolved quickly and amicably. Thanks for reading this and please take a browse through our shop. We list fresh items daily and always run various offers and promotions. We aim to have a growing long term presence on Ebay and want you to stay with us. Thanks again.
