The sleeve is EX to EX+ it is very clean with very little or no wear on parts and the spine text is sharp and clear, the inner 12" square photo and band detail sheet is EX it is very clean with no tears but with light fold creases,  the labels are EX+ and the vinyl overall is EX it has a very very light warp that does not affect the play and a scuff that causes a click noise for 14 revolutions on track 1 side 1 "Very Close Friend" but other than that the audio is EX (excelent) on this 1970 UK Mushroom album issue 100mr2 by Simon Finn - "Pass The Distance" it is a shame about the noise on track 1 otherwise you would be hard pressed to find a better copy they don't often come up for sale as good and clean as this.     See photos for track list and more details                                                                                      Postage Postage within UK £3.50 for 1 album £1.50 each extra, Singles £1.50 and 50p each extra.
