John Lennon 'The Alternative (Working Version) Of Imagine' CD. A wonderfully detailed and comprehensive package featuring rare unreleased songs, alternative unreleased takes and early demo versions recorded during the 1971 Imagine sessions, loaded with extras.

Widely regarded as the greatest solo Beatle album and a magnificent album in it's own right this CD is the ultimate accompaniment to that LP. This CD brings together an extensive collection of 23 tracks which features some real rarities seldom found on other alternative issues of Imagine.

A few of my personal highlights (full track listing below) to point out are - 'IMAGINE' with alternate vocals, HOW DO YOU SLEEP? take 2 full unedited version with an additional 3 minutes which was cut from the released version, two very early beautiful acoustic demos of 'OH YOKO!' and of course the unreleased songs which failed to make the final album - 'WELL (BABY PLEASE DON’T GO)', 'SAN FRANCISCO BAY BLUES', 'CALL MY NAME' and 'I’M THE GREATEST'.

The package included here is the finest alternative edition of 'Imagine' I have ever seen. As the versions included here are unreleased it is designed to look like an Apple acetate copy of the album.

All in perfect MINT condition.
