It is the Esquivel - His Piano & Group - 4 Corners Of The World - Living stereo vinyl lp - on RCA Victor Records (LSP-1749) and comes with the original RCA Victor inner sleeve.       

Looking at the record it appears to me that it is in Near Mint condition and at most just needs a gentle cleaning.  The cover has almost no ring wear and the edges have almost no edge wear.

I will combine shipping for the minimum cost per the post office
