This is an original picture sleeve/cover and 45 of The Beatles EP 4 BY 4 on Capitol Records swirl label R-5365 from 1965.  The songs are "Honey Don't," "I'm a Loser," "Mr. Moonlight" and "Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby."  All four songs play VG with noise in the background that isn't constant, or overpowering the song.  They all have good tone and sound but "Honey Don't" has 4 skips and "I'm a Loser" has 1 skip.  On "Mr. Moonlight" the noise is more noticeable and it has a few pops, mainly during the instrumental section.  "Everybody's Trying..." has one pop.  There is also a name on the label.  The sleeve has a slight tear and sticker residue in the upper left corner and a tear at the center opening that has tape over it.  There is tape in the upper right on the spine and also at the bottom.  There is also a staple hole and light wear.  It is VG-.  Please see the scans.  This is from a large Beatles collection of 45s, EPs, and picture sleeves that I will be listing in the days to come.
