Depending on the rarity and condition of individual items I’m prepared to consider  reasonable price reductions. I consider 10% reasonable. Greater reductions only make sense for items with imperfections or other undesirable attributes, are in over supply etc.

Please keep in mind that sellers also pay 10% to Ebay and 3.5 % to PayPal. The money for these fees has to come from somewhere, as well as packing and the additional 10% tax on delivery cost by Ebay.  MAKE OFFER options are added/cancelled in bulk, hence some items might contain it, for which a lower than 10% counter offer will be made.
