This listing is for a vinyl 33 LPM album recorded by rock band DEMIAN, a hard rock band from circa 1970s.  This album is a highly sought after collectible .

The condition of the album, cover, and sleeve is as follows.

The album: Has been carefully stored in the cover and sleeve.  It has been stored in the buffet cabinet in our climate controlled home. It has not been played since 1980.  Has no visible scratches or problems.  I believe that it will play fine with no problems; but, cannot guarantee it's play at this time because we no longer have a turntable.  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the cover/sleeve/album within 14 days of receipt and I will issue a full refund if everything is returned in the same condition as when it was mailed out.

The cover shows normal signs of use and wear for being almost 50 years old.  It has the following flaws:  The corners show some signs of fraying.  There is a small area of separation (about a 2 inch area) on the back side of the cover.  

The sleeve:  In very good condition for the era of 1970.  Has some discoloration and there is a small 2 inch separation on one side.

Will ship signed receipt requested with added protection and insurance to ensure no damage is incurred.
