The item comes from a personal collection of a classical musician in the family and has been kept with care. Please kindly keep in mind that I am not a professional seller, so I used the guide of Disclogs for grading by careful examination of a record under the light. 
The Condition of the LPs is NM. In fact, the labels do not show any signs of playing at all. FYI: I don't have an LP cleaning machine, so there might be some static.lint.
I graded jacket conservatively as VG++/EX: there is no splits or corner fraying. The only flaw, really, is a very small "dent" in the middle of the spine (see pics) and tiny occasional spots/discolorations. The program booklet with photos of the performers, that comes with the box set, is pristine.
