Here we have a listing for a copy of the 2004 compilation album from Marilyn Manson entitled 'Lest We Forget'. This is pressed on two 12" vinyl discs and housed in a gatefold sleeve. 
Condition:  This album is in very good condition with some wear to the sleeve, mainly around the corners and on the top and bottom. The spine is great and fully readable and there are no major tears creases or splits. Would grade the sleeve as VG+. 
Vinyl is a similar story, with some light marks on both discs from handling and play, certainly nothing to be worried about, would happily grade the discs as VG+ also.
