Columbia Records stereo MS 6096, early gray 6 eye label disc, no "CBS" at the top of the label,  pressed in the US.  Glenn Gould plays the Beethoven piano concerto #3, with Leonard Bernstein and the Columbia Symphony Orchestra. 

Outer cover grade:  VG; some slight white fading as seen in photo 1 due to its age. back side has a small brown spot. 
Sleeve grade: EX; slightly crinkled 
Vinyl grade:
Visual grade: NM; the record looks NM under a strong light with full gloss with no signs of any major marks or scratches that I can see. Spindle label shows a couple light lines under bright light.

USA Shipping: For U.S. destinations , the shipping cost for 1 record delivered via US Postal Service Media Mail will be $4 for everyone in the United States. For each additional record, add $1.00 for each for up to 5 records. (Each LP mailer will fit up to about 5 records.) For example, for a boxed set containing 3 records, please just add $2 to the shipping cost of the first record. 

International Shipping:  International shipping is USPS 1st class international service.  Please note that there is no tracking included with this service.  When your purchase ships, Ebay will upload the number from the US Customs declaration receipt -- which does confirm actual drop-off at the post office.  Sorry but no shipping to the Russian Federation, Mexico and Syria.

International items will ship twice each week.  So please expect 3 days for international handling, plus an average of 2 to 3 weeks until you receive your items.
