that it reaches you in the condition it has been sold in, I will always
use suitable packaging for the product and reinforce it where necessary
so it comes to no harm in transit. I will always place the item in a bag
so even if the outer packaging gets wet when out for delivery, the item
will be dry inside. I feel it is very important being a collector
myself to do this so the item you have spent your money on reaches you
in the condition you expect it to.
