It is the Patsy Cline's Greatest Hits - vinyl lp on MCA Records (MCA-12.)       

Looking at the record it appears to me that it is in Near Mint condition with a light scuff and at most just needs a gentle cleaning.  The album cover has almost no ring wear and the edges have light shelf wear.

I will combine shipping for the minimum cost per the post office
