Neko Case's 2009 LP Middle Cyclone comes in a gatefold cover with custom inner sleeves (all four sides pictured). The cover is in beautiful near-mint condition. There is a very noticeable "scuff" across side three of the album and some minor scuffing on side two (presumably made during the packaging process), but neither affects playback and the sound of the record. I rated the vinyl VG+ because of the visual imperfections, but aurally I'd rate the records near-mint.
