Our grading scale is conservative, we follow the Gold Mine Standard for grading vinyl and will always use the lower rating to ensure closer accuracy. We visually inspect all vinyl, labels, sleeves and jackets in bright lighting. We describe our items as accurately as possible but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE message us promptly before leaving negative feedback or opening a case, and we will ALWAYS do our best to sort out any problem. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS: - We request notification and tracking number of the item to be returned, within 7 days. Please return the item within the 14 day return period as indicated. All returns must be the original item, in the same condition. Sealed items that have been opened can not be returned for any reason.  Items must be received and inspected for additional damages prior to refund being issued in compliance with Ebay return policy.  All return costs must paid by the buyer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – Our shipping rates are $4.00 for the first record and $2 for each additional. We use USPS media mail, unless other shipping methods are requested. Any alternate shipping arrangemens will be the buyers responsbility. We are proud to offer a combined shipping discount if you purchase multiple items. You should see the option when you check out. If you do not, please purchase the items and hold off on payment. We will receive a notice about a combined shipment and send an invoice with the total charges. Sorry, once an item has been paid for we are unable to combine it with another purchase.

Please note that to receive a discount you must combine the order BEFORE MAKING YOUR PAYMENT. . 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -

 All International orders are shipped via Ebay Global Shipping Program. You will be invoiced from Global Shipping, we will not send invoices for international purchases, nor do we ship outside of the Global Shipping Program.

International customers please Note: In addition to shipping costs, Import and custom duties will be added to your Global Shipping Invoice, and must be included with the item cost. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be included on your invoice.  Please check the shipping tab to estimate shipping cost to your country prior to bidding as these fees may be more than anticipated.   International Shipments will be shipped to the address on file with payal and can not be shipped to a PO Box.   

We personally mail each item at our local Post Office within 24 hours of cleared payment (Payment is expected within 3 days unless other arrangements are made). We retain all receipts as proof of shipping.
