Here is a great sealed LP record from the Mothers of Invention entitled "The Worst of the Mothers". It is on MGM Records SE 4754. The jacket is sealed in the original shrinkwrap. There are holes/tears in the shrinkwrap in all four corners, with the largest being in the upper left hand corner. There are also creases on the front bottom corners and dings to the corners.
