From my personal collection, this is The Beatles Revolver LP on the purple Capitol Records label SW-2576.  The cover is VG+ with light ringwear on the front, and a little more noticeable wear on the back.  There are also a couple of bends in the top left and bottom right corners on the back.  The record sounds great and is NM with just a slight hint of noise at times in the background (very seldom) that is not even worth mentioning.  It has been played very few times.  I used to usually record my albums to cassette on the first play and rarely played them again.  This is a great album!
