This is a brand new 2 LP set. It was removed from the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Studio Albums box set, and was remastered from the original analog master tapes by Chris Bellman. Only listed as used because it isn't in shrink wrap (LPs in the box set were never shrink wrapped).
