I cannot feel  any of the scratches, defects,  or scuffs.  There are several bubbles around the record hole on both labels. Original record  sleeve is in  in Poor+ is in condition with heavy wear especially  on the corners and  heavy ringwear.   There are several wrinkles/creases on the front and back of the  sleeve.
