ABOUT US: Our Business is a family-owned consignment store based in Florida. We take people’s unwanted antiques, toys, clothing, shoes, records, decor and more and sell them for them online. If you are in any way unhappy with the transaction, we will do our best to make it right. 

Payment 

· Per eBay policy Buyers have 3 days after invoice has been sent to pay for their purchases. If no payment has been received an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Under no circumstances will the dispute be canceled after it has been opened. 

 Shipping 

· The shipping and handling amount are indicated on each listing. 

· Please allow 1 business day for processing of your shipment. 

· We are not responsible for returned packages with incorrect or non deliverable addresses. 

· Transit times vary depending on your shipping selection. Please refer to the estimated delivery time in the ad or review the specified shipping providers webpage for details. 

 Returns 

We will accept returns with no hassle; however, your item MUST come back in the same EXACT condition it was sent to be eligible for a refund. 

Warranty 

· We do not provide any warranties of any kind on our items. We do not know if the manufacture warranty is included, expired or if it is transferable. Please contact the manufacture BEFORE purchasing with any questions you have about their manufacture warranty.
