The record itself looks unplayed. I would never List an unsealed record as mint But I have to say this record is as clean as any record i have ever seen. Any imperfections in the photo are reflections of the light.
The jacket has a very small crease in the bottom that does not carry through to the back of the jacket. See the pictures. I would rate The jacket at mint minus
The sleeve is mint. The record was taken out of it at the time of purchase 25 years ago and has been stored without a record in it
The limited edition booklet that comes with this is mint to mint minus.
