Label : Apple.  Issue : First pressing with top loader sleeve numbered 0379901 and "Sold in UK" label text.  Matrix numbers : YEX 709-1 / YEX 710-1 / YEX 711-1 / YEX 712-1. Catalogue No. : PCS 7067 / PCS 7068. Country : UK. Released : 1968. Record Condition (Visual) : VG++ overall. Very clean. Just a few non-feelable hairlines. Record Condition (Audio) : VG+. Plays with some light background crackle. Sleeve Condition : VG++. Laminated inside flip-back Garrod & Lofthouse numbered sleeve in great shape. Just a few creases and light overall ageing.  Label Condition : VG+. General spindle wear. Inner Sleeve / Inserts : Comes with the original black inner sleeves which are a little creased with a couple of small splits. Also includes the poster and four photos which are all in great shape.  Comments : Hard to find original item!
