This 1st pressing from 1965 has the "Sold in U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists" statement across the press-out center / labels Around the edge of the label, the words stating the rights of the publishers start with "The Gramophone Co. Ltd."
On the labels the title is ''Beatles' Golden Discs''. A1,A2. ℗ 1963 B1,B2. ℗ 1964
Laminated front sleeve with flip-back cover and round edged flip-backs.
Matrix / Runout side A stamped : 7TCE 888-1 AR KT Matrix / Runout side B stamped : 7TCE 889-1 MR KT
The vinyl is VG showing surface marks, none of which is audible on my equipment The laminated sleeve is also in VG condition with a small stain to outer edge(see pic 3) and some creasing and laminate lift (see pics 1 & 4)
