This is for my copy of The Lighthouse and the Whaler's "This is an Adventure" on vinyl LP.
The record is in great condition, and I would rate it NM.
The jacket and sleeve is also NM. It comes with a download card that I didn't use. I don't know if it's still active since this record came out in 2012.
