Rare Nine Inch Nails Head Like A Hole UK 12" Vinyl Single from 1990.
I'm no expert in vinyl grading but it does appear to have some very light surface marks when examined under light, but I'd say they were from it being put in and out of the sleeve. None of them are deep.
Sleeve is excellent. No creases, tears or marks. Bit of ringwear top front. Two tiny nicks to bottom of sleeve where it was pinched by a vinyl frame it used to be displayed in. See last few pics.
