This singing group is the patients of a Asylum, Vinyl LP, the item has been cleaned, minor scuffs tested and comes with a 30 Day Guarantee. Cosmetically this item is in good condition with normal signs of previous use, the item shown in the pictures may be the actual one you will receive. Indy Surplus requires that payment for all purchases must be received within 4 calendar days of the close of the auction. At the close of the auction, you will be directed to pay for your item(s) using eBay's secure online checkout. We accept PayPal payments as well as all major credit cards.

Please note that Indiana residents will be charged 7% sales tax. If we agree to make arrangements for another form of payment, your payment must clear our bank before your item(s) will be shipped. This process typically takes between 7-14 business days. No exceptions will be made.

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our Indianapolis, IN shipping facility. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. For holiday weeks, please allow 2 additional business days for handling.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your estimated date of delivery and tracking #. Your tracking # will also appear directly below the item description in your purchase history.

We will not accommodate requests to ship using external shipping accounts. All orders will be shipped using Indy Surplus shipping services/accounts, no exceptions.

Once an order has been processed, domestic shipments will usually ship within one business day of cleared payment. We offer domestic shipping via FedEx and USPS. Shipping options for each item are determined by the carrier's size and weight restrictions.

Shipping to PO or APO Boxes is provided exclusively via USPS.

We offer expedited shipping by request only at an additional cost that varies by shipping location. Please contact us via the "Ask a Question" link to obtain a quote for expedited shipping to your location.

We offer freight shipping for items over 150 lbs., subject to an individual freight quote for each item. When requesting a freight quote, contact us via the "Ask a Question" link and provide the following information for the delivery location:

Inside delivery required?
If above ground floor, is freight elevator available?

Once an order has been processed, international shipments will usually ship within 3-4 business days of cleared payment. International shipping is provided exclusively via USPS and only if the item meets the size guidelines as set forth on the  webpage.

We encourage our customers to inspect their items physical and functional condition upon receipt to ensure that it conforms to the description of the item purchased. All of our items come with a 7 day return/exchange guarantee (with the exception of items sold in As-Is condition). Based upon available inventory, we will issue a replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned item. Oftentimes, we are also able to provide troubleshooting tips over the phone to solve the problem. It is the buyer's responsibility to research product compatibility. We encourage you to review the manufacturer's specifications to determine compatibility with your devices, accessories, equipment, or operating systems.

You Received the Wrong Item:

If the item you received does not match the order you placed with us, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

You Don't Agree With the Condition of Your Item:

If you feel that the item you received is not consistent with our Rating System, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

Your Item Doesn't Function Properly:

If you received your item and you find that it does not function properly, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

Your Item Was Damaged In Transit:

All original packaging material, including the box must be kept in order to file a claim, failure to do so voids our ability to submit a carrier claim and in-turn voids your warranty/guarantee. If the exterior of your package and/or its contents arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may initiate a claim with the carrier. Your refund is subject to the carrier's claims process and the length of time it takes to process a claim varies by carrier. Refunds will be issued by Indy Surplus upon the carrier's claim determination, which may take several weeks. Please review the item's description for its condition at the time of purchase before contacting us to initiate a claim.

Return Process Return Authorization:

Unless subject to a carrier's damage claims process, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and any shipping charges associated with a refused package will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once authorized for a return, you will receive an email with return instructions and, in some cases, a prepaid return label.

Refund Authorization:

All returns are subject to inspection prior to authorizing a refund. Items that are altered in any way (including missing parts, pieces, or accessories) will not be accepted. Authorized refunds will be issued within one business day of receipt of the returned item. Buyers returning items due to non-compatibility are responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Buyers who simply no longer want their item or purchased the wrong item are responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
