Up for sale is a new (never opened - still in cellophane wrapping) three record set recorded at the Suburbian Restaurant in Wanaque New Jersey by the late Frank Cimmino. The organ is the 3/17 Wurlitzer that was formerly insatlled in the RKO Chester Theatre Bronx, New York. This organ was installed in the Suburbian in the early seventies, these three recordings were the only ones ever to be produced. In 1981 the restaurant and organ were destroyed by fire.
