shipping is done in commercial lp mailers with adequate padding. Shipping is same or next business day.  all items will have inner soft sleeves. original or generic.
 Grading is basic  Krause Goldmine standard
we rate vinyl first cover second.  G+ vinyl -  a filler grade that will play without skipping for most systems.. needs cleaning and will be noisy, multiple problems  (  worn)
VG vinyl- may have light scratches, heavier groove wear  will play with some noise but still not detract from music to any degree (Cared For)
vg+ vinyl- can have a scuff or paper scratch (that does not affect play and cannot be felt) moderate groove wear(well Cared For)
Excellent vinyl -  an item like vg+ but with almost nothing to detract from surface ( very well cared for)
near mint vinyl-  possibly played, no noticeable groove wear, probably not even a spindle mark ( nearly New)
mint vinyl:  any item still sealed with no visible reason to call it something different. ( new item)

For Covers, Any item with a VG or better  Cover will have good bottom and top seams unless stated otherwise. 
If there are any seams loose, ringwear   or WOC=  writing on cover or SOC=  sticker on cover or any sawcuts holes, or cut corners they will be stated in the description.  If not stated then do not expect to receive any of these defects.
