Columbia "2-eye" "360 Sound" center labels.
1968 version but with a "4" printed on back cover.

Heavyweight record is VG+. No signs of handling or wear.
Heavyweight cover is very presentable with only a light bump to the bottom opening corner and a bit of yellowing to the back and a line of tape at the top of the back. VG (Hardly noticable). Please see pictures.
