   This is Golden Record #687 78rpm featuring Popeye and Songs Of Safety.  
It features the original voices of Popeye and Olive Oyl, Jack Mercer and Mae Questel. 
The songs included are Red and Green and Never Play With Matches. 
The record has been cleaned and play tested and you will hear minimal surface noise. 
Visually it looks very good on both sides showing just a few marks.
 It does have a slight warp to it which doesn't affect sound or play. 
The label is in good clean condition on both sides. 
The picture sleeve shows general wear and handling with some wear on the edges and corners and some staining and 2 letters written on the front near the price.
