Notes Original pressing but with second sleeve design featuring a black border around image on cover. Strictly speaking, this is not a 're-press' because the discs were not 're-pressed' at this stage. Only the sleeve was altered, and the first pressing run discs were then housed within. This album had a massive pressing run, and as per usual large record label policy, probably more discs were pressed initially than sleeves printed.

The authorative Pink Floyd Archives website lists this pressing as a '2nd issue' with " Alternate original issue with a cover picture that has a black border around the picture of the beds, a green and orange Pink Floyd symbol in the upper right corner, and a blue flame in the lower right corner."

This Album was recorded digitally, with the exception of the acoustic drums and bass guitar which were recorded analogue. Dolby SR noise reduction was used for mixing; mastered direct to metal

"Precision DMM" is etched on dead wax, which means "Direct Metal Mastering"
