I do my very best to describe my records 100% accurately as possible. As such, the highest I ever grade any outer sleeve condition is NM (near mint) since no record jacket is truly perfect after it leaves the pressing plant, especially after shipping. I'm not a store, I'm a vinyl collector and this comes from my personal collection. I ship with boxes specifically made for shipping records and use extra cardboard inserts for further reinforcement, along with "Fragile: Do Not Bend" stickers on the outside. I have 100% positive feedback over the last 20 years, so buy with confidence.
