Shipping:
Orders are processed and Vinyls are shipped within 24 hours of payment using Canada Post (Monday to Friday). We make sure everything shipped out is wrapped and packaged in the appropriate materials & box so the vinyls stay in mint condition.
Tracking number is included with every order - You will receive a message with tracking number and have your order details updated once shipped out.

Returns:
We are happy to resolve any issues regarding the vinyls we sell. If you want to return your order for any reason, we will be happy to accept them, however we still require all customers to pay for the shipping.
Unfortunately we will not be accepting returns on factory sealed (still in shrink wrapped) items that have been opened. Please send us a message if you still have questions.
