LP is visually graded as VG( maybe a little higher)with light surface marks on both sides but nothing deep.
Replacement inner sleeve included after professional cleaning.
Outer gatefold sleeve is in VG++ condition with light surface, corner, and edge wear. No seam splits or water damage. Name written on back and small hole drilled in corner. Very nice looking cover.
No booklet included but chord diagrams are inside cover.
