I played tested this record on a Project Essential turntable. The scratches shown in the last picture are in the first track on side 1. They are audible, obviously. However, they didn't cause any skipping. Please remember not all turntables are the same. It could potentially skip on yours.
The rest of the record however, is not bad at all. I'd give it a very strong VG. Because of the scratches in track A1 I'm giving it a grade of G+ and starting the bid low.
The jacket shows some ring wear on both sides but the seams and spine are solid. G+, a case could be made for VG.
