Orders will be shipped next working day (Monday – Friday). Please note items purchased on Saturday will not be posted until Monday morning.

All items will be posted via Royal Mail were possible. Please note Royal Mail do NOT class bank holidays or weekends as working days.

UK – Free Delivery, we also offer optional next day premium delivery at extra cost.

Europe –  (no tracking).
Orders over £20 will be sent International tracked.

Rest of World - Orders under £20 will be sent International Standard (no tracking).

Sorry we do NOT mark items as gifts on customs forms, or declare lower (incorrect) values.
If your order is a gift and needs dispatching ASAP please contact us and we will try our best to dispatch sooner for you.

Lost or Damaged items

All items are sent fully insured to protect against loss or damage.

If an item is damaged please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will resolve the issue.

In the event of an item getting lost a full refund will be given. Please note items are not classed as lost until the following amount of time has passed.

UK (Special Delivery) – 6 Working Days After Shipment
UK (1st Class/Tracked 24) – 11 Working Days After Shipment
UK (2nd Class/Tracked 48) – 13 Working Days After Shipment
Europe – 25 Working Days After Shipment
Rest of World – 30 Working Days After Shipment

Free UK return postage will be provided and full refund given if item is damaged or not of acceptable quality
