Originally released in January of 1974, Gordon Lightfoot's 'Sundown' reached number #1 in the U.S. and Canada and established him as one of the world's most respected songwriters and performers.  From beginning to end, this album doesn't have one weak track. Brilliant.  
In August of 1979, Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab released a half-speed mastered audiophile version of this title (MFSL 1-018) to rave reviews.  All the highs, mids, and lows are perfectly reproduced in even greater detail. A true gem in the MFSL vinyl catalog.  
Cover: Near Mint.....purchased new by me and kept in its original "loose" MFSL plastic wrap. There's little to fault here....the spine shows a bit of wear (which is quite common with the early MFSL jackets) Corners are sharp....the back is near-perfect. Have a look at the pictures. It doesn't get better than this for an opened copy.
