You make your own of course. Here is a super limited edition Corn Fed Vol.4 of only 14 copies. Take a blank manila sleeve and print up some specially re-designed covers and glue them on. The new cover has been lightly colorized and each copy is hand numbered. You can see the variation between the original cover and the variant in the pictures section.
This is by far the rarest ever Corn Fed variant   Pressed on Clear Wax - Very Special Limited Edition of only 14 copies
