It is the John Lennon - Give Peace A Chance/Remember Love - 45 rpm - on Apple Records (1809.)       

Looking at the record it appears to me that it is in Mint- condition and looks like it has ever been played.  The picture sleeve cover is in excellent shape.

All 45 rpm records will be securely shipped

I will combine shipping for all 45rpm records.  The first record will cost $3.75 via USPS Media Mail.  Each succeeding record will only add $.25 more for each one.
