This is the original issue that includes the W.R.Phang photo on the front top right. This was replaced on later pressings due to a complaint from this dentist who was legally not allowed to advertise.

QUALITY: The sleeve has some very minor imprints from the vinyl when looked at closely and very minor wear but is overall in excellent condition. The vinyl is also in excellent condition (please note that I no longer have a turntable so the vinyl is only visually inspected).
